FOR SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITIES

Vetting and installing new technology can be a challenging process. If the system does not meet the fundamental needs and expectations of the community, the investment of time, energy, and money is wasted.


We work with communities through every step of a successful implementation:


Surveying existing systems to gather user, resident, and staff feedback; Explore and understand any issues with existing systems.

Define system requirements: Who are the users? What is the purpose and desired outcome? What is the longevity of the system? Understand the "need-to-have" and the "nice-to-have" features of the system from every potential user.

Assemble an accurate and comprehensive budget. Ensure the budget aligns with the community's goals. A budget that does not meet the critical needs and purpose of the system falls short of the intended outcome.

Research, advise and educate on current solution offerings. Translate current features and capabilities into real world language and application. Uncover potential areas of concern and pitfalls. Establish the critical features and functions that deliver a solution that meets the community's established requirements.

Request For Proposals (RFP). Document the community's needs and the system's critical features and functions in a format and language that results in accurate bids and proposals from system providers. Distribute the RFP across established networks, both local and national.

Review the proposals and bids to ensure they meet guidelines laid out in the RFP. Work with providers to revise their proposals and negotiate the best pricing available.

Validate the provider's history, installation, service and support team to ensure they can deliver the proposed solutions and support it going forward. Investigate and report on the provider's references.

Coordinate sales presentations and demonstrations. Lead the presentations on the community's behalf to ensure the presentations are applicable, well received, and understood. Seek out and uncover areas of concern and risk involved in the proposed solution.

Consult with the community's executive team and board to review and understand all aspects of the proposed solutions. Provide guidance on the proposed solutions so that the community can make the most informed and confident selection possible.
